What to Expect: ~ 8 hour intense Class ~ Limited to 14 Participants with role playing through real - work scenarios ~ Proven results for Assistant Superintendents and Foremen entering into new roles, from Field to Supervising and Leading Teams Modules: 1. Effective Communication 2. Communication at the Leadership Level 3. Communication with Crews 4. Difficult Conversations $150 per Participant July 10th from 8am until 5pm at the ABC Office. Both breakfast and lunch will be provided. MAREK Certified Instructors will be leading this Course.
